Product Summary

The MC9S08AC60CPUE is a low-cost, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU). It uses the enhanced HCS08 core and is available with a variety of modules, memory sizes, memory types, and package types. Refer to T able 1-1 for memory sizes and package types.

Features: (1)Active background mode for code development; (2)Wait mode: CPU shuts down to conserve power, System clocks running, Full voltage regulation maintained; (3)Stop modes: System clocks stopped; voltage regulator in standby, Stop2-Partial power down of internal circuits, RAM contents retained, Stop3-All internal circuits powered for fast recovery.
